A “one stop shop” for accessing Racine County’s Mental Health and AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) Services. Behavioural Health Services of Racine offers mental health and substance abuse services including outpatient evaluations, psychotherapy, and counselling. Provides services to people who have psychotic disorders requiring services not available through the private sector. Crisis Services staff responds to questions from youth and adults seeking information about services or other behavioural health topics. Walk-in services available Monday-Friday 8:30 to 4:30. The 24-hour crisis line offers supportive listening, and directs calls to appropriate services. S.A.I.L. Program (Stabilization, Assessment, Information, and Linkage) – is 24 hours/7 days a week 13-bed residential facility that provides short-term mental health stabilization for Racine County residents who are 18 and over and experiencing a mental health crisis. Mobile Response – emergency mental health staff respond to individuals (youth and adults) experiencing mental health crisis.
