Fresh Start, a cooperative effort between Ascension Health Care - All Saints – Behaviour Health Services and Racine Unified School District, educates high-risk students in grades 1-5. Students referred to the program receive a comprehensive assessment. While participating in the program the student will have highly-structured, developmentally appropriate classes in reading, language, art, math, fine arts and physical education.
